The bridesmaids were wearing the most adorable matching robes, which Leah had given to them as a gift. I grabbed a quick photo of the girls in their cute floral robes, before Leah slipped into her dress. Leah wanted to surprise her bridesmaids, so her mom assisted her with getting dressed in a separate room. Leah wore a beautiful mermaid style lace wedding gown, with jeweled barefoot sandals, she looked stunning! The doors opened and the tears flowed! It was awesome.
As Leah was escorted down the aisle by her father, everyone was in awe, and the tears flowed once again. Gail Alvarado officiated the tropical casual ceremony. Immediately following, cocktails were served on the gulf lawn, while friends and family enjoyed the gorgeous sunset.
Kathie and Jacqui with Side by Side Wedding Services were onsite to coordinate the event from start to finish. I have worked with many day of coordinator’s, but none like this mother-daughter team. Thank you Kathie and Jacqui for making my job so easy.
Jenny and Sarah with Lyfe of the Party did an amazing job with the bouquets, boutonnieres, and ceremony- reception decor. Daniella with Ella’s Cakes designed the three tiered buttercream frosted cake; it smelled amazing. The Trevor Earl Band rocked the house and kept the dance floor packed. It was a fun night to say the least.
What I love about photographing weddings, is that every wedding is unique. What made this wedding unique, was the love that was shared. Don’t get me wrong, there is love at every wedding, but this one was different. The love and support shared by each family member was mind-blowing. I have never seen that kind of love at a wedding, it was truly special.
Leah and Rob honeymooned in the Florida Keys, one of my very favorite places.
Thank you Leah and Rob for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day.
